Мы ищем рационального и ответственного Head of Product для компании StrikeAd (http://strikead.com/), с релокейтом в их новый офис в Кракове.

Founded in 2010, StrikeAd, a division of Sizmek Inc, is a first dedicated mobile advertising Demand Side Platform (DSP), which enables Advertisers, Brands and Agencies to plan, optimize and deliver the most effective mobile advertising campaigns on a global scale.
StrikeAd has two main offerings:
1. Self Service platform
2. Managed service, which is now offered as part of its parent company, Sizmek, where a team of more than 80 traders help global clients (among which are the top 5000 global Agencies/Traders and more than 15000 direct advertisers) buy media across multiple DSPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture product requirements by assessing the key business and technical needs of both customer and internal stakeholders.
- Prioritize product roadmap development efforts by balancing customer and business requirements, backed by a clear strategic rationale into a product roadmap.
- Work closely with sales, client service and executive teams to define and manage existing product needs.
- Be highly involved in the entire product development process, including close relationships with R&D staff in order to drive products to successful launch.
- Monitor competition and evaluate our product positioning in the market.
- Define, analyze, track key product metrics and take action to drive improved performance.
Communicate product knowledge and technical features to both business owners and engineers.
What will you do?
Head of Product will manage 3 product owners (in the beginning) who oversee the product development of a team of approx. 25 engineers (the team is planned to almost double in the coming months).
The product head will focus on the StrikeAd Self Service platform in areas such as:
- Bringing it to its next generation of scale and new UI as it expects to substantially grow client base under its cooperation with Sizmek post acquisition.
- Evolve StrikeAd home grown bidding optimization engine and Media Planning tools into best in industry
- Increase the number of Integrations with Data providers and Supply partners
- Onboard and extend Sizmek products into the StrikeAd platform (e.g. Peer39, AdBuilder, DSP Connect, etc, which can be seen on the Sizmek page under Products)

What is needed from you?
- Deep understanding of software development and specific methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, software acceptance testing approaches, software estimation skills, UI/UX prototyping skills and prototyping tools knowledge.
- Ideal candidate has experience capturing product specifications in the form of Specs, User Stories and Use Cases while working closely with engineering/R&D teams.
- 2-5 years in digital media and ad tech. Experience in RTB/programmatic at a Trading Desk, DSP or DMP is a plus.
- Experience in digital analytics and data-driven products required.
- A results oriented approach with the ability to prioritize complex organizational objectives with aggressive deadlines.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences in English.
- Passion for technical problem solving and driving towards solutions.
