Проект стартапов фонда TA Venture.
Вы начнете работать над проектом в области электронной коммерции - аналоге Amazon, т. е. это marketplace - сайт, на котором свои товары сможет продавать множество поставщиков, как украинских, так и зарубежных.
Проект создается для стран СНГ, стартует в Украине этим летом, в России чуть позже.
В команду проекта входят известные в мире специалисты, которые создавали европейский Amazon, выводили онлайн Walmart, и развивали Badoo.
Проект инвестируется фондом TA Venture, под управлением которого находится больше 50 млн долларов.
As Senior PHP Developer/Team Leader, you'll have a chance to participate in growing all of our startups, working with their specific teams for six to nine months at a time to help establish or correct the technology direction. You'll design and develop innovative ways of addressing business and technology problems, and you'll have a chance to mentor other developers on your team. If you're contributing to one or more open source projects, you can continue to participate on them while working in our teams.
Что делать:
Lead and participate in the software development process and introduce or enforce best practices
Technology mapping to business requirements
Manage project scope, change requests, and bug fix requests
Guide the team in defining the technical architecture including the database schema
Formulate strategies and methods in coordination with the business owners to gather functional requirements and capture them in standard notations like use cases
Plan and allocate work for the team
Monitor and report progress in development activity
Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to other project teams or business units
Review and improve upon current processes and methodologies
Improve the team's technical competence through training of existing and new team members
Understanding of project management practices
Managing and delivering projects from concept to implementation
Что нужно от вас:
5+ years of professional programming experience
Proficient in PHP
Knowledge in ORM, DAO, and other database abstraction tools or mechanisms
Knowledge of PHP web development frameworks
Expert in object-oriented design, object-oriented programming, and MVC implementation
Experience developing mid- to large web systems
Experience setting up policies for the team's source control system (Subversion, Git)
Experience working with, or developing, third-party APIs
Good practices in agile software development, including test driven development
Что мы очень хотим чтобы у вас было:
Documented participation or contribution to the development, testing, documentation, or production use of open source projects, regardless of language or basic technology
Intermediate (or higher) written and spoken English
Experience in design or development of stateless, scalable systems based on services-oriented architectures (SOA)
Self-directed and strategic planner under stress and tight deadlines
